Hospitality Data Solutions LLC (“HDS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to making our website, products, and deliverables usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technology. We treat accessibility as part of building good tools, not an afterthought.
1. Our Standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for people with a wide range of abilities. We use them as the benchmark for this site and for the interfaces we build for clients.
2. What We Do
On this site we work to provide meaningful text alternatives for images, structure pages with clear and consistent headings and landmarks, support keyboard navigation, maintain readable color contrast, and label interactive elements so they make sense to screen readers. We review accessibility as part of how we design and build, not only at launch.
3. Ongoing Effort
Accessibility is an ongoing process rather than a one-time achievement. As we add features and content, some areas may not yet fully meet our target, and third-party tools or embedded content we do not control may fall short of it. We work to identify and correct issues as we find them and welcome reports that help us prioritize.
4. Tell Us About a Barrier
If you encounter a part of this site that is difficult to use, or you need information in a different format, please contact us at hello@hospitalitydatasolutions.com. Tell us the page or feature, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you were using if relevant. We will do our best to respond promptly and to provide the information or function you need through an alternative means while we work on a fix.
5. Client Engagements
When we build dashboards, reports, and tools for clients, accessibility considerations are part of our design approach. Specific accessibility commitments for a given engagement, including any conformance target and testing scope, are set out in the applicable statement of work.
